To book Jonathan as your Wedding Celebrant, please complete your details on this form and then click SUBMIT, which you will find right at the bottom below the Terms and Conditions.
The details will be transferred to the marriage register so please ensure they are complete and accurate – especially ID numbers and FULL LEGAL NAMES.
Please note that in addition to the form you will need to send copies of your ID/Passport by separate email.
You will also need to provide 3 ID PHOTOGRAPHS of each of you for inclusion in the marriage register.
